Destressing is always a good idea when you feel things are getting too much for you!
My latest tips (which will be listed below) are my ideas for tonight!
1. Music
I've always found that music helps me destress. Just laying back, earphones plugged in and some good songs helps me go over things in my head and helps me prioritise everything to see what I need to deal with first, and things that I can worry about another day. Definitely a good tip.
2. Pamper Session
Pamper sessions can include a variety of different things, and for me, it is doing my finger nails and toe nails in different colours, the brighter the better sometimes as it normally tends to lighten the mood of things as well as making you look great.
Face masks are also a good way of destressing, as well as helping you look after your skin. Always choose a face mask that would be suitable for your skin e.g. If you experience dry skin, look for face masks that are designed to target that, oily skin; face masks for oily skin etc etc.
3. A well needed catch-up with a friend.
Despite the fact that me & Niki (other half of Beauty Nutters) talk every day, we don't always talk about the important stuff, so a good little catch up sometimes over a coffee or else at a sleepover always leaves me feeling a bit better. So, catch up with friends, have a laugh, and I'm sure you will all feel better too!

Manda's first blog!
Hi guys!
One of half of BeautyNutters, Manda here!
Just figured I'd write this little blog to give you all a little bit of information about myself!
My name is Amanda, though, my friends call me Manda. (I know.. My nickname is just missing my initial!) :)
I'm 22, and have a beautiful little girl who is almost 5!
I'm from Scotland, United Kingdom and absolutely love it!
My main interests (other than being with family & friends) are make-up, nails, vlogging and reading!
Things you can expect to see from me are nail ideas, beauty ideas and some hilarity! You'll also get to see some good vlogs as well!
It's not easy living with chronic illnesses such as those 'invisible' illnesses like fibromyalgia, joint hypermobility syndrome and scoliosis but when your used to it, you still try to live life to the max! And that's exactly what I plan to do for my little princess!
